Funding is paid directly to the provider for the hours requested. The hourly wage is explained in the breakdown of your Early Years Single Funding Formula that you receive each year. This new start-up explanation form provides us with the child`s complete data and must be completed once the child is eligible for funding with you. All the information contained in this form is used for the right until the child is of compulsory school age. You must provide up-to-date information about the child`s presence to you and any other funded provider. For 2-year-olds or 3-year-olds who are entitled to 30 hours (extended offer), it is also necessary to indicate clear codes. You can also log in to Pupil Premium via this form. These are submitted by the supplier. If a birth certificate or passport is available from the parent or caregiver, other forms of legal documentation may be accepted.

Please contact the entitlement team for clarification. If these documents are not filed, the right to early years is not paid and the parent may be charged for the hours to which his or her child is entitled. If you are informed of changes that have occurred after the expiry of the number of employees, they must be sent to us on this EYE3 form before the date of modification. Any changes must be signed by the parent or guardian, unless the child is gone. If changes are submitted later than the dates indicated for each due date, payment is made within the following period and, in addition, there is no guarantee that the right will be distributed as planned if a child asserts rights with more than one provider. If the total hours claimed exceed the maximum entitlement or 15 hours per week, the universal claim is distributed pro rata among the three providers. Therefore, in case of overload, parents do not have the right to choose which provider is funded by law for this period of eligibility. Funding can be split among more than one provider, but the parent or caregiver must indicate on the EYE form the number of hours they wish to take with all providers. The provider chosen by the parents and guardians will assert claims on their behalf and we will re-payment the money directly to the provider. Parents and caregivers should ask their provider if they are registered to offer the Early Years title. The two-year aid is paid at a fixed hourly rate for all suppliers. Parents and guardians can benefit from a maximum of three providers who attend their child at the same time.

The total number of universal hours claimed by the three providers must not exceed 15 per week or 570 during the year. . . .
