The customer is familiar with the proper operation and use of each device. The customer has chosen the device on the basis of his requirements and will not use or authorize the device for illegal or illegal purposes; unlicensed, if necessary under existing legislation; or who is not qualified for the operation. The customer must not put or install vehicles in the propulsion tank that must be registered and registered for use on a highway or other public road. In addition, the customer may only use low sulphur diesel (“USLD”) in appliances equipped with tier 5 engines. CUSTOMERS AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD UNITED HARMLESS FROM ALL FINES, PENALTIES, DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT AND ANY OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY UNITED DUE TO DYED FUEL BEING INTRODUCED INTO THE PROPULSION TANK OF SUCH VEHICLES. The customer agrees: (i) check the filter, oil, liquid level and tire air pressure; (ii) daily cleaning and visual control of equipment; and (iii) immediately stop the use of the device and notify United immediately if the equipment needs to be repaired or maintained. The customer acknowledges that United is not responsible for verifying the device while in the customer`s possession. United has the right to replace the device at any time and for any reason with other reasonably similar devices. An important feature of the new application is how it streamlines the off-renting process. Customers can return devices at any time by clicking a button and receive instant confirmation, reducing the risk of deviation.

The rental fee begins when the device leaves the store location and ends when the device is returned to the store`s website during United`s normal business hours, either picked up by United, after the United customer indicates that the device is “off-rental” and receives an “off rent” confirmation number from United. United`s pickup and delivery is subject to a “delivery and pickup fee” the amount of which is specified in the lease and lease agreement. Notwithstanding the contrary provisions of the sentence above, for the rental of tanks, the rental period is maintained until the customer has emptied the tanks of any contents and cleaned the tanks in accordance with all applicable rules, including, but not exclusively, the RCRA (RCRA Empty Condition) and the corresponding state cleaning laws. Rental fees do not include refuelling service charges, taxes (as defined below), delivery and pickup service charges, transportation costs, environmental service charges or other charges disclosed in the rental agreement. In addition, United charges the customer additional costs for cleaning or repair, including: (i) removal of customer modifications to the equipment; (ii) the re-establishment of the equipment in its original configuration; (iii) the rehabilitation or repositioning of the tanks; (iv) the disposal of remaining contents in the tanks; or (v) transport to and from a licensed repairer. As noted here, “taxes” are defined as the revenue tax, goods and services tax, property taxes (including, but not limited to the estimated levy for the reimbursement of private property expenses) or other taxes, taxes and charges that United must collect from the customer at any time after or in connection with the equipment and/or this agreement. The rental fees are on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Rental prices apply to normal use of the “layer” based on eight (8) hours per day, 40 hours per week and 160 hours per four-week period.
